Stephanie Veronica Straeter is a licensed clinical psychologist in New York, California, and Florida and a nationally certified Health and Wellness Coach. She assisted in the creation of HMC HealthWorks Wellness and Behavioral Health Advocacy Programs. As an HMC HealthWorks Assistant Clinical Director and Director of Behavioral Health, she is involved in maintaining the quality of these programs, auditing coaches, outcome reporting, training, and coaching. Additionally she maintains a private practice and teaches motivational interviewing, appreciative inquiry, transtheoretical model of change, nonviolent communication, and positive psychology to medical professionals.
Stephanie has over 16 years of experience in a wide range of clinical settings. Prior to HMC HealthWorks, she was a Clinical Director of a residential/outpatient eating disorder facility where she assisted in the creation of the program and delivered clinical services (e.g. Dialectical Behavioral and Cognitive Behavioral Groups, Gorsky’s Relapse Prevention/Discharge Planning, Group Process, Family/Couples Therapy and Individual Therapy), conducted training and supervision to staff and interns, and maintained a private practice. Over the years, she has also held other clinical positions including Substance Abuse Group Therapist, Child Therapist, Family Therapist, Parent-Child Interaction Therapist, Rape Counselor, Crisis Intervention and Short-Term Therapy Therapist, and Psychological Evaluator.

Carol Craigie is a psychologist turned financial planner. During her career, she has been a financial planner, a trust officer who managed $80,000,000 in investments, and Director of Financial Planning for several large organizations, including Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase where she learned to hire, train, and manage financial planners. When she retired from the corporate world, she was offered the opportunity to author a textbook on developing a financial plan and became a professor with the College for Financial Planning. There Carol authored several textbooks and courses. She has taken her experience and created a company that helps everyday Americans achieve financial peace and security through Fiscal Fitness Clubs of America.
She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). She also serves on the national board of the Financial Planning Association (FPA®).

Diane created the workshop Change Yourself, Change Your Life. Based on the concepts she taught in the workshop, she created the “12 Ways to Change Your Life” poster. Her approach is an “inside-out” approach, which begins with gaining inner awareness and ultimately transforming your life by “Changing Yourself”.
