Jon Reid is Executive Vice President of Program and Business Development for HMC HealthWorks. He has 20 years or experience developing business relationships and managing teams and holds a degree in Communications. Currently, his is pursuing a master’s degree in international business.
Throughout his career, his positions have been to foster connection and communications in the sales and marketing divisions, building relationships and trust. His efforts have been rewarded with the 2012 and 2010 President’s Club Membership, 2008 Teamwork Leadership Award and the National Business Conference’s 2006 Sales Leader of the Year. Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications
Staci McKelvey brings over 25 years of business communications experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications for HMC HealthWorks. She is responsible for raising awareness of the HMC brand, media strategy, product positioning, and proposal and program development. She is also a certified life coach.
Director of Public Relations & Communications
Christy Heady oversees HMC HealthWorks’ communications and public relations initiatives. She is a best-selling author and published five personal finance books. Christy has also contributed to The Chicago Tribune, LA Times Syndicate, Bankrate.com, Working Mother Magazine, Chicago Life Magazines, and more and ran a successful writing consultation company. She has appeared on national television and radio, and has also been a producer at CNN-Chicago Bureau. Design and Communication Consultant
Jennifer Newton has been designing corporate, brand, and marketing materials for 25 years. She is a graduate of the Pratt Institute in New York City and has spent her career working with a variety of industries. In her role as Design and Communication Consultant, Jennifer managers the creative direction and all graphic design projects for Wellbeing Coaches.
Administrative Support & Coach Liaison
Michelle Marcy is a seasoned project manager, with over 15 years of experience as an advertising executive managing advertising investments for top tier technology, packaged goods companies and retailers for global advertising agencies like Starcom Mediavest Group Worldwide.
Michelle is loving the second act of her career, as Coach Liaison for Wellbeing Coaches, and uses her project-management and client-centric skills to help our coaches navigate the onboarding and vetting process.
