  • Financial Coach

A Personal Note from Aubrey

I have felt a calling to financial planning since high school when an inspiring class lecture set me on this path. I took financial counseling classes at Iowa State University, worked at a bank, then as an Americorps VISTA volunteer developing financial planning curriculum and a savings product for a credit union. For twelve years, I worked in a financial planning office taking care of client accounts behind the scenes while completing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) requirements.

I love to think and talk about money! When I read or hear about events like a house fire, I wonder if they have homeowners insurance. When hearing about windfalls, I hope individuals and their families have good counsel. I want everyone to be successful at whatever income they may be working with. I am able to share my passion for financial planning as a financial coach with Fiscal Fitness Clubs.

During your FREE Get to Know You Call, you'll have an opportunity to learn more about your coach, share your story, and discuss the areas in your life where you feel stuck or unfulfilled which may benefit from professional coaching. Your coach will ask you three questions to better understand your wants and needs in order to suggest the most effective path forward:

  1. What made you decide to talk to a coach?
  2. What would you like to work on?
  3. Why is it important for you to deal with this now?
