About Audrey

Audrey Thompson, M.S. has a passion for working with talented people who are motivated towards reaching their goals. For over a decade, Audrey was responsible for leading a major statewide wellness program, and through that, offered one-on-one wellness and executive coaching for her employees. Her coaching drastically improved personal health and corporate success. In the community, Audrey serves as a Master Wellness Volunteer for Travis County and is a member and leader with the Austin Business Group on Health. Audrey lives in Austin, TX and enjoys open-water swimming, traveling and yoga and keeping her 16-year-old lab from walking into oncoming traffic.
