A Personal Note from Carol
I am a psychologist turned financial planner. I know first-hand what it is like to face a financial crisis as my husband’s total disability at a young age resulted in a career change. I have been a financial planner, a trust officer who managed $80,000,000 in investments, and Director of Financial Planning for several large organizations, including Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase. When I retired from the corporate world, I was offered the opportunity to author a textbook on developing a financial plan and became a professor with the College for Financial Planning. There I authored several textbooks and courses.
Now I bring my passion for helping individuals improve their financial life and my skill in financial planning curriculum development to Fiscal Fitness Clubs. I develop and maintain the curriculum content, serve as the Managing Partner and Chief Compliance Officer, and review all financial plans. I am still involved in individual financial planning and teaching for our clubs. In addition, I am very active in our industry and in advocating for consumers. I currently serve on the national board of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
