A Personal Note from Stephanie

Are you ready to live life to the fullest – to gain personal freedom and strategies for health and fulfillment?

If you’re reading this, you’re curious-ready to learn how to better manage your mind/mental health- the obstacle standing between you & a healthier, more fulfilling life.

In our work together you will be proactive using a change approach based on science and the knowledge of what is realistic & what will work for you!

My approach as a coach is integrative based on the individual needs of my clients and combines evidence-based appreciative inquiry, acceptance-based approaches (e.g. mindfulness), cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, motivational interviewing, relational, solution-focused and transpersonal approaches.

Specifically, you will learn how and when to use strategies to manage stress, emotions, self-destructive behaviors, impulses & habits. Thoughts, feelings and behaviors can keep people trapped in a closed cycle that is self- perpetuating, fueling despair and hopelessness, while undermining confidence, motivation and the energy to move forward.

I meet you on your change path. Together we co-create your change plan based on what’s meaningful for you and effective in promoting your happiest, healthiest, most abundant life.

Our feel good agenda for empowerment and manifestation is G.L.I.D.E.:

G= Grow your coping skills;

L= Let go of negative perceptions of the past;

I= Ignite your potential;

D= co-Design your change plan;

E= Engage with the plan.

I look forward to walking beside you on this journey of a lifetime.

Your coach will ask you three questions to better understand your wants and needs in order to suggest the most effective path forward:

  1. What made you decide to talk to a coach?
  2. What would you like to work on?
  3. Why is it important for you to deal with this now?
